Razorbacks

The Razorbacks Cheerleaders Squad was formed in 2000 .  Dance and Gymnastics background inspired her to start the squad with a group of friends. A past cheerleader, Sue Phillips (nee Northway) and later Sara Housipian, a former American High School Cheerleader helped develop the squad with traditional cheerleading, lifting and throwing techniques. Seven years later, Donna is still leading the squad with the help of choreographer Dena Piro.

Fun and socialising is what our current squad of 10 is all about. We cheer on the sidelines during games and dance at half time and we attend all of the Razorbacks team functions and fundraisers. We train Mondays and Wednesdays in Walkerville at the same ground as the boys and games are played between October and February every Saturday at the Distinctive Homes Hockey Arena at either 5 or 8pm.

We’re always looking for new cheerleaders, so emails us at
